Q: Can I change my order after I place it?

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Depending on the product you purchase, it takes 6-12 business days to receive your order. The variance is due to our suppliers' distribution center locations in different parts of the USA and other key countries that service the needs of our international clientele.

Q: Can I track my package?
Yes! You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is shipped. You may check there by clicking on the tracking number that has a link to the tracking system, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address and we will track it down for you.
