We received the tote bags promptly and they arrived in good condition. The quality is very good and the size provides plenty of room for big lunch and drink. It is also great for keeping smaller items cold when returning from the grocery store. We purchased a number of these and gave them to friends as Christmas gifts. Our friends loved the tote bags.
